Orders placed online for collection

Customers may elect to collect their order directly from one of our shops as listed on the website. For any order placed for collection, a customer service representative will contact you by telephone to advise you of the time and location for collection.

 

Orders placed online for delivery

Orders will be dispatched after payment is confirmed. When your order has been shipped you will be notified by e-mail.

Your order will be delivered by our personal delivery team. We deliver to town centres and suburbs of Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paralimni and Paphos. We do not deliver to rural areas of the aforementioned towns. For orders in locations that may be outside our delivery zones please contact us either by telephone or email to ensure that your address is within one of the specified areas to which we are able to deliver.

All orders placed online before 1pm of each working day will be delivered the next working day unless we inform you otherwise due to any availability and/or payment and/or delivery restrictions. We do not deliver on weekends or public holiday.

Delivery will only take place between the hours of 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. of each weekday. Times that may be quoted are made in good faith, but shall not be binding. I & C Logistics Ltd. cannot accept responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery.

I & C Logistics Ltd. delivers only to valid delivery addresses and the customer shall be held liable if the address provided is incorrect. I & C Logistics Ltd. bears no responsibility for late delivery or cancellation of such an order.

Customers should, at all times, before placing an order provide a valid contact telephone number and e-mail address. The Customer shall be held liable if the contact telephone number and/or e-mail address provided are incorrect, and I & C Logistics Ltd. bears no responsibility for late delivery or cancellation of such an order.

In the event we attempted to deliver the goods to the delivery address of the Customer provided and the Customer is unable able to sign for their receipt, the goods will be transferred to our closest shop for collection by the Customer.

Orders with a value of €50 or above (inclusive of VAT) will be delivered free of charge.

Orders below the value of €50 or above (inclusive of VAT) will incur a delivery charge of €5.

 

Returns & Replacement Policy

By signing for the acceptances of goods into your care, you warrant that they have been received complete and undamaged. You have the right to refuse damaged or incomplete products. Depending on the transactional amount of the order placed, I & C Logistics Ltd. reserves the right to either provide a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) to the Customer or to arrange for the delivery of a new order.

If you do not wish to change your product with another product, depending on the transactional amount of the order placed, I & C Logistics Ltd. reserves the right to either provide a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) to the Customer or to provide the Customer with a credit note with the corresponding amount.

If you cancel your order after you have already paid for the goods, you will only receive a full refund for ready-mixed paints, sundries and accessories. The refund of custom mixed paints shall be at our discretion and reviewed on a case by case basis.

Please note that we can accept the return of opened goods only if they are faulty and/or the packaging is damaged. We can only accept the return of opened tins of paint where the paint delivered is discrepant.

Claims for damaged or discrepant goods must be made within 24 hours of receipt, therefore you are kindly requested to inspect goods immediately.

Please note that the cost of returning any goods to I & C Logistics Ltd. is at the expense of the Customer, unless we delivered the goods to you in error, or if the goods are discrepant and/or received in damaged packaging. Please insert the relevant goods securely in the packaging as it was received and send it to us with a copy of your invoice. Once we receive the invoice and depending on the transactional amount of the order placed, I & C Logistics Ltd. reserves the right to either provide a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) to the Customer or to provide the Customer with a credit note with the corresponding amount within seven working days.

To claim your refund you must first return the goods to I & C Logistics Ltd. in the exact condition they were received.

 

Complaints

We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise, please let us know if you have any complaints or comments.

 

Pricing & Availability

Goods are offered subject to being unsold. In the event of non-availability of goods, we reserve the right to rescind the order.

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled and provide you with a relevant credit note for an equivalent transactional amount of your order.

All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery and handling costs may be charged additionally unless you qualify for FREE delivery. Any additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost' prior to payment through our Website.

However, I & C Logistics Ltd. does not warrant that the product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Prices and manufacturers specifications are subject to change without notice. Minor specification variations do not entitle the purchaser to rescind the order.

 

Payment

For the time being, we accept card payments through the JCC. On successfully completing a purchase through the website chakariancolour.com the name " www.chakariancolour.com." will appear in your bank statement.

I & C Logistics Ltd. will not be held liable for any problem regarding the payment procedure and/or use of any personal payment information as all payments are made through a secure payment platform operated by JCC. We, as I & C Logistics Ltd. have no access to any information regarding your payment and/or account information and/or other sensitive information besides the billing and/or invoicing details which are handle by I & C Logistics Ltd. and you are notified via e-mail correspondence.
