Neopal stucco is a-ready-to-use liquid putty, for covering and leveling interior walls from plaster, gypsumboarsds and concrete surfaces. It has very good working and leveling properties, as well as an excellent filling capacity. It dries fast and it is very easily sanded. It can be even more easily sanded with a sanding machine, without too much dust, minimizing irritation to eyes and inhaling problems. The result is a very smooth, flat and cohesive surface, ready to be recoated with emulsion or enamel paints.
