Neopal primer eco is a micronized acrylic water based primer for walls, with strong adhesion and high penetration. It is certified and fulfills the criteria of the european union eco-label board. It is odourless and highly recommended for internal areas and especially for inhabited places. Moreover, it is slightly tinted blue, in order to be visible easily and quickly. At the same time, it is perfectly covered even when a white or light shade is applied.
