Change or Returns Policy

Right of Withdrawal – Only for Purchases from the Online Store/Off-Premises Store

As a consumer you have the right to return the entire order or part of the order without having to specify a reason for the return of the products, within 14 calendar days from the date of the receipt of the order. A refund will be given to you in the same method as that of the original payment.

The products must be returned closed, in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging. They can be returned in the same method as originally received or returned directly to any physical Chakarian Colour Centre store of the COMPANY in Cyprus, accompanied by a completed Return Form.

If products are returned via the courier service the customer will bear the cost.

If the return is made because products are faulty or do not fulfill the description given Chakarian Colour Centre (the COMPANY) is committed to bear the cost of returning the product, and the refund will be made in the method of the original payment.

You cannot cancel your order or return products that are made to measure/bespoke.

The Right of Withdrawal is subject to exceptions as set out in Article 15 of the Consumer Rights Act of 2013 (133(I)/2013).

Product Returns due to delivery error / Defective

In the cases where other products are delivered rather than the ones sold, by type or quantity, or in the case of the delivery of a defective / faulty product, or if the product does not fulfill the description given the customer must return the products for inspection and verification of the error. In this case the costs of returning the products to the company as well as the costs of delivering back the correct product to the customer, are borne by the COMPANY, provided that the method of return proposed by the company is accepted.

Right of Return

If you wish to return a product purchased, you can do so by delivery or in person, to any Chakarian Colour Centre store of the COMPANY in Cyprus, within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions.

– The product is accompanied by the relevant receipt.

– The product is sealed and in a marketable condition

The value of the product is returned in the form of a credit note. Alternatively, a refund may be requested, using the same method as the payment was executed.

Delivery & Collection

Collect from Chakarian Colour Centre stores

If you wish to collect your order from the store of your preference, the maximum waiting time is 24 hours. You will be contacted to collect your order from the store by a store administrator.

Home Delivery

For home delivery orders, the orders are usually despatched within 1-2 business days and a maximum of 5 business days. You will be notified of any delay longer than 3 working days.

The delivery cost for orders up to €100 is €10. For orders above €100 delivery is free of charge

*Please note all orders marked for home delivery are dispatched between the hours of 10:00 and 16:00 Monday to Friday. For any special request please contact us on 77777545

– When sending the order, the carrier who has taken delivery of your purchases, will contact you to arrange the delivery date and time slot.

– The driver delivers the order directly outside the entrance of your house, if this is possible.

– For in-house delivery, special consultation should be made with the carrier.

NOTES:

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days.

Orders that are received before 13:00 Monday to Friday are usually dispatched next working day.

For orders that are received after 13:00 – we will attempt to dispatch next working day.

Orders received during the weekend or public holidays are dispatched one day after the next working day and arrive withing 48hrs.

You may experience delays if an item in your order is not in stock in your area.

Orders to hard-to-reach locations may take longer to arrive.

At the moment we cannot service orders outside the Republic of Cyprus.
