Collect from Chakarian Colour Centre stores
If you wish to collect your order from the Chakarian Colour Centre store of your choice, your order will usually be ready within 24 hours. Once it is ready, a store administrator will contact you to arrange collection.
Home Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days, with a maximum delivery time of up to 5 business days. If there is a delay longer than 3 working days, you will be notified.
The delivery cost for orders up to €20 is €10. Orders above €20 qualify for free delivery.
All home delivery orders are dispatched between the hours of 10:00 and 16:00, Monday to Friday. For any special delivery request, please contact us on 80000040.
When your order is dispatched, the delivery carrier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time slot. The driver delivers the order directly outside the entrance of your property where possible. If in-house delivery is required, special arrangements must be made with the carrier.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders received before 13:00 from Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the next working day. Orders received after 13:00 will be dispatched as soon as possible on the next working day. Orders received during weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day and usually arrive within 48 hours.
Delays may occur if an item in your order is not available in your local area. Orders to hard-to-reach locations may take longer to arrive. At the moment we cannot service orders outside the Republic of Cyprus.
