ROOF SEAL HYBRID 10yr is a new generation hybrid polyurethane elastomeric
roof sealant with nano-modified resins and POLYPROPYLENE FIBERS that
offer great cohesion and absolute sealing to waterproofing solutions. It creates
a protective membrane without joints that is very elastic, absolutely waterproof
with great resistance to standing water, without solvents and other dangerous
and toxic substances. It has excellent adhesion to any surface, such as concrete,
cement mortars, asphalt membrane, new or old polyurethane waterproofing
layers, polyurethane and polycarbonate panels, glass surfaces, galvanized metal
sheet, asphalt membrane with aluminum coating and on all kinds of waterproofing
coats. Offers excellent resistance to extreme weather conditions.
